"Wrong order, but fixed fast"
Got the wrong order at first. Bit annoying, honestly. But they sorted it out really quickly, so no major complaints

"App kept freezing at checkout"
The app was frustrating to use because it kept freezing right when I was trying to check out. I had to keep restarting it, and it was just really annoying

"The card looked nice when it arrived..."
The card looked nice when it arrived, and the print quality was totally fine. But the paper felt a little Thin for what I paid. Not terrible at all, just not as Amazing as I was expecting.

I was trying to put together a quick birthday card, and maybe I picked the worst moment because I was already short on time, but the personalisation options just made it more stressful. I couldn’t move the text where I wanted, the fonts felt dull, and the preview kept changing after I’d made edits. In the end I gave up and ordered from somewhere else. For a site that’s meant to do personalised cards, it felt surprisingly basic and clunky

"Hardly anything in stock :/"
Popped in to grab a few birthday cards and some wrapping bits, but so many shelves were empty... The website made it look like there was loads to choose from, but in store there was barely anything. The staff were nice enough, to be fair, but there wasn’t much they could do. Just a bit frustrating when you make the trip and still end up having to go somewhere else :(

"Nice cards, but checkout needs work"
I’m a bit torn because the cards themselves are really nice, but the checkout process was frustrating. It took way longer than it should have to pay, and the page froze once, so I had to enter all my details again. I’m happy with what I bought, but the checkout definitely needs sorting out.

"Helpful, but the replies were slow"
In my experience, they did help me with what I needed, so I can’t complain too much. The only downside was that it took a while to get replies, which made the whole process feel a bit slower than I’d hoped.

"Nice staff, despite the usual shop waffle"
I only popped in to grab a birthday card, and to be fair the lady working there was genuinely lovely and helped me find what I needed. The queue dragged a bit, which was annoying, but overall it was a decent visit. I’m usually a bit wary of all the polished “great customer experience” stuff shops go on about, but the help I got felt normal and sincere

"Tracking was easy to follow"
I ordered a few cards and the tracking was straightforward. The email came through with the link, and I could check where everything was once it started moving.

There was one point where the tracking didn’t update as quickly as I expected, but I think it was just bad timing when I happened to check. It showed up fine the next day, so no real issue. I’d use them again.

"Good prices for decent cards"
Got the cards for a good price and delivery was fine. Designs are a bit basic on some of them, but still cheaper than most shops I've seen. Worth it for the money.

"Got my refund in the end, but it wasn’t super quick"
My card turned up damaged, which was a bit annoying because I’d ordered it ahead of the weekend and had already cleared a space for it on the side table with the other bits I’d bought. I contacted them for a replacement and, to be fair, they did send one out and refunded the postage too. The only thing was the replies took longer than I expected, so I was checking my emails more than I’d like. It all got sorted eventually, just wasn’t quite as smooth as I’d hoped.

"Not a lot of variety if you want something a bit different"
I’ve ordered from Card Factory a few times now and it’s been okay overall, but every time I go on there looking for a card that feels a bit more personal or different I end up thinking the designs all look similar, especially the birthday and anniversary ones, it’s like you scroll through loads but nothing really jumps out.
If you just need a simple card then it does the job and I can’t really complain too much, but I was hoping for something a bit more modern or funny and I spent ages looking through the options and still didn’t find much I actually wanted, so it felt a bit disappointing in the end.

i grabbed these for some seasonal cards and they worked out really well. there were plenty of festive little bits to make everything feel fun and put together

"Used to be better, but my order was a mess"
I ordered a few birthday cards and a small gift bag, but only one card actually showed up. The invoice listed everything, so I’m not sure if the rest was missed when packing or what happened.
I always thought they were a bit more reliable than this, and they definitely used to be better from what I remember. I contacted customer service and waited ages for a response, then they asked for photos of the packaging, which I sent over straight away, but after that it was just silence again.
In the end I had to run out and buy replacements last minute, which was frustrating. It was my first time ordering from them online, and I don’t think I’ll bother again.

"Website was frustrating to use"
A friend recommended the site to me, so I was excited to check it out, but it was kind of a pain. It took me ages to find the cards I wanted, and the checkout kept freezing. I actually gave up once before trying again. The whole process just wasn’t very smooth

"Showed Up Late Again"
The card ended up arriving two days after the birthday, which was really frustrating. I was hoping it would get there in time and feel like a nice surprise, but instead it kind of missed the moment. it left me disappointed.

"Delivery fee felt way too high"
The delivery cost was kind of a joke. I was expecting maybe a few bucks, not something that felt like it added another 20% or so to the order. It just made the whole purchase feel not worth it
